First, if you are not a qualified technician I recommend not trying to fix the problem
yourself. The best possible thing to do is call a technician and sometimes he or she
can walk you through some trouble shooting techniques to figure out the problem.
The best way is to call the manufacturer of the hot tub or spa. If they can't get
the part then contact us. We usually can upgrade the part to a different one.

It can be caused from many different things. Your heater, pump, or blower may
have burned out. There may even be a problem with your spa pack which operates
everything. Please call a technician so the problem can be fixed.
In most cases yes. With a good shell, more jets, and internal parts can be
installed to boost the overall performance of any hot tub or spa.
We do almost all upgrades of parts and accessories. We can even upgrade the
pluming to allow for more jets or what ever other available features you may want.
There are many things you can do. You can add another pump, or replace the old
pump with one that has more horse power. Another great feature that will reduce your
blood pressure is a blower. All these things should be done by a qualified
technician.
No. Some hot tub companies do not get involved
in custom installs so they will not just sell you the tub/shell without the
case. Our company will sell you the shell allowing your tub to be inserted
in a floor or deck. We install hot tubs just about anywhere a customer
will want. Don't have the deck or room built yet for your tub, call us and
we'll help you design and/or build it.
The best thing to do is call someone that is trained
in hot tub acrylic repairs. Normal hot tub companies will try to sell you
a new tub, but a trained acrylic repair technician can fix it and blend the
colors to match you tub. The same method is used for cracked tub
